Ingredients

  • 24 slices Salami - Thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Softened
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh chives - Or green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Dill pickles - Finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon Red bell pepper - Finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish sauce - Optional, for kick

Instructions

  • Let cream cheese soften. Finely chop pickles and peppers. Lay out salami.
  • Mash cream cheese until smooth. Stir in chopped add-ins, garlic powder, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Spread a thin layer of filling on each salami slice. Roll from one end to the other and secure with a toothpick.
  • Wrap rolls tightly in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour (overnight is better).
  • Use a sharp knife to slice into bite-sized rounds just before serving.
