Add both cans of Rotel (don't drain!)
Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes
Keep stirring until smooth
Mix and Serve
Add cooked ground beef to cheese mixture
Stir until well combined
Transfer to serving bowl
Keep warm in slow cooker if desired
