Ingredients

  • 24 Hawaiian sweet rolls - 1 full 24-count slab
  • 8 oz sliced salami
  • 8 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 8 oz sliced ham
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup sliced banana peppers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Optional shredded lettuce
  • Optional tomato slices
  • Optional Italian dressing
  • Optional red onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 dish with foil. Slice rolls horizontally as one whole slab. Mix garlic butter ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place bottom rolls in dish. Layer salami, then pepperoni, then ham.
  • Top with provolone slices and scatter banana peppers evenly.
  • Add top roll layer. Brush generously with garlic butter and sprinkle extra Parmesan. Cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake 15 minutes covered, then 5 minutes uncovered until golden.
  • Let sliders rest 5 minutes so cheese sets before slicing.
