  • ½ cup cup Unsalted butter - Melted
  • 1 cup cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate - Melted with butter
  • 2 large Eggs - At room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 optional Graham cracker crust (optional) - If using, for the crust
  • 1-2 scoops Vanilla ice cream - For serving
  • 1 Whipped cream (optional) - For serving
  • 1 Fresh berries (optional) - For serving
  • 1 optional Powdered sugar (optional) - For dusting the pie

Instructions

  • Melt butter and chocolate together, either using a double boiler or microwaving in 30-second intervals.
  • Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture, then stir in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt.
  • Pour the batter into a greased pie pan or prepared crust, smooth the top, and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  • Allow the pie to cool for 10-15 minutes, then serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.
