Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Pat dry. In a bowl or bag, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add chicken and toss to coat lightly. Shake off excess.
Heat oil over medium-high. Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Remove to a plate.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix cornstarch + water, then add to skillet. Stir until thick and glossy.
Return chicken to skillet. Toss for 1–2 minutes until fully coated and caramelized. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
Top with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and cilantro. Serve hot for best stickiness.
