Ingredients

Filling:

  • 12 Mozzarella cubes - ¾-inch size
  • ½ Yellow onion - Finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Dough:

  • 1 can Biscuit dough - Large, like Grands

Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 4 tablespoon Butter - Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley - Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan - For topping
  • 1 pinch Sea salt flakes - Optional
  • 1 drop Vanilla extract - Optional – Grandma’s secret touch

Optional Add-In

  • 2 tablespoon Apple juice - Adds subtle sweetness and balance
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed crackers - Like saltines; keeps filling juicy
  • 12 small Butter pats - One in each bomb, with cheese

Instructions

  • Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no pink remains.
  • Halfway through cooking, add diced onions. Stir in minced garlic for final 30 seconds.
  • Drain most fat, then stir in Worcestershire, parmesan, Italian seasoning, (optional apple juice, saltines). Let cool 10 min.
  • Flatten biscuit dough pieces. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Spoon beef mixture onto dough center. Add cheese cube. Fold and seal tightly.
  • Place seam-side down. Let bombs rest 5–10 minutes to seal properly.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley (and drop of vanilla). Brush over each bomb and sprinkle parmesan.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 5 min before serving.
