  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

The Slaw:

  • 1 cup Green cabbage - Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Purple cabbage - Thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro - Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper - To taste

The Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour cream - Or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice - Fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle peppers - Minced or pureed
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt - To taste

To Assemble:

  • 8 Corn tortillas - Warmed
  • 1 Avocado - Sliced, optional
  • 1 Lime - Cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Cut fish into strips, pat dry, marinate with lime juice and seasoning.
  • Whisk flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Add liquid and rest.
