Instructions
Prep Salmon:
Pat salmon dry with paper towels
Cut into 1-inch cubes
Place in medium bowl
Season:
Drizzle with olive oil
Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Toss gently to coat
Rest 5 minutes
Cook:
Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Cook salmon 2-3 minutes per side until golden
Work in batches if needed
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving
Make Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients
Whisk until smooth
Refrigerate until serving
Notes
