Ingredients

the Peach Filling:

  • 6 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced (8-10 medium peaches)
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

the Crumble Topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat

  • oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9x13-inch baking dish.

Prepare Filling:

  • Mix sliced peaches with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and vanilla
  • Transfer to prepared baking dish

Make Topping:

  • Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt
  • Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs

Assemble & Bake:

  • Sprinkle topping evenly over peaches
  • Bake 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly
  • Cool 15 minutes before serving
