Cake:

Frosting:

Instructions
The Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9-inch round pans.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar gradually.
Add oil and vanilla to eggs.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
Fold in oranges and zest.
Divide between pans.
Bake 25-30 minutes until done.
The Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter.
Add sugar and juice alternately.
Mix in vanilla.
Frost cooled cake.
Notes
All ingredients at room temperature
Drain oranges well
Cool completely before frosting
Store in refrigerator up to 5 days
