Large skillet or sauté pan (12-inch recommended)
Sharp knife for cutting vegetables

Wooden spoon or spatula for stirring
For the Fajita Seasoning:
Cook Chicken
Season chicken with half the fajita seasoning
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet
Cook chicken 6-8 minutes until golden
Remove to plate
Make Sauce
Add broth, scraping pan bottom
Pour in cream and remaining seasoning
Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened
Stir in Parmesan until melted
- Cut all vegetables same size for even cooking
- Don't overcook the pasta - keep it al dente
- Let chicken develop golden crust before stirring
- Use pasta water to thin sauce if needed
