  • 4 oz Cream cheese - Softened
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese - Divided
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes - Drained
  • 4 cups Nacho cheese Doritos - Crushed, divided
  • 1 cup Extra shredded cheese - For topping
  • Extra whole Doritos - For serving (optional)
  • Optional - Corn kernels
  • Optional Black beans
  • Optional Jalapeños - For heat
  • Optional Rotel tomatoes - Instead of plain diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until soft.
  • Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
