Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet - ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth - or water
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt - Go light—ranch + soup contain sodium
  • 1 onion, sliced - optional
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced - optional
  • 3-4 medium potatoes, cubed - optional
  • fresh thyme sprigs - optional

Instructions

  • Pat chops dry and season both sides with garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and a small amount of salt.
  • Lightly grease the slow cooker. Add optional vegetables to the bottom, then arrange seasoned pork chops on top.
  • Whisk mushroom soup, ranch seasoning, and broth until smooth. Pour over pork chops and add butter on top.
  • Cover and cook on Low 6–7 hours or High 3–4 hours without lifting the lid.
  • Ensure internal temp reaches 145°F. Thicken gravy if desired. Serve over rice, potatoes, or noodles.
