  • Salt & pepper - To taste
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese - Shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Milk or cream - Optional; for thinning the sauce

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Leave about 1 tablespoon of fat for flavor.
