These Crack Burgers are ultra-juicy, loaded with tangy-spicy crack sauce, melted cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh toppings all stacked on buttery toasted brioche buns. They're a crowd favorite and totally addictive.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, paprika, hot sauce, and seasoned salt (if using). Stir well and taste. Adjust to taste.
Gently combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and egg in a mixing bowl. Form into 4 patties, slightly wider than your buns. Press a dimple into the center of each to prevent puffing.
Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook 3–4 minutes on the first side without pressing. Flip once, add cheese, and cook another 3–4 minutes until done to your preference.
Spread butter on cut sides of buns. Place butter-side-down on a hot surface until golden brown. Watch closely to avoid burning. Keep warm.
Start with the bottom bun, spread on crack sauce. Add lettuce, cheesy patty, bacon, tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with more crack sauce and the top bun.
