  • 4 oz Cream cheese - Softened
  • ¾ cup Powdered sugar - Or monk fruit substitute
  • 2–4 tablespoon Milk or cream - Adjust for consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
  • Pour wet mixture into dry and stir until just combined. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
  • Melt butter, mix in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cool slightly. Transfer to piping bottle.
  • Heat griddle or pan to 325°F. Lightly grease surface.
  • Pour batter, add cinnamon swirl, cook until bubbles form, flip, and finish cooking.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.
  • Drizzle glaze over pancakes and serve immediately.
