Ingredients

For the Cake Batter:

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoon butter - Melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Pudding Magic:

  • ¾ cup brown sugar - Packed
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ¾ cups hot water - Nearly boiling

Optional Toppings:

  • Vanilla ice cream - For serving
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate chips - For sprinkling

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until just combined. Spread into greased baking dish.
