8ozcream cheese- softened
1cupcheddar cheese- shredded
½cupsour cream
¼cupgreen onions- finely chopped
2clovesgarlic- minced
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt- adjust to taste
¼teaspoonblack pepper
For the Pillows
2packages (8 oz)crescent roll dough- 16 triangles total
4tablespoonbutter- melted
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
¼cupgrated parmesan- for topping

½cupbacon- cooked crumbles
¼cupjalapeños- diced, for heat
1cupspinach- chopped, squeezed dry
½cupbuffalo sauce- mix into filling

Instructions
Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add chicken, cheddar, green onions, garlic, and seasonings. Mix well and let rest.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Add 2–3 tablespoon filling to wide end of each triangle. Fold sides over and roll to seal.
Place pillows seam-side down, brush with seasoned butter, sprinkle parmesan.
Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden and puffed. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
