  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - Shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese - Grated
  • ¼ cup Provolone cheese - Shredded
  • ¼ cup Romano cheese - Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning - Optional, for topping
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes - Optional, for heat
  • Fresh herbs - Optional garnish (parsley, basil)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F so it’s ready while you prep the garlic bread.
  • Cut the bread in half lengthwise and score diagonal cuts without slicing through.
  • Mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Let the butter sit briefly, then spread it generously over the bread, including into the cuts.
  • Top the bread with the cheese blend, wrap in foil, bake 10 minutes, then uncover and bake until bubbly.
  • Let the bread cool slightly, then slice and serve warm for best flavor and texture.
