  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper - Diced
  • 0.5 cup mushrooms - Sliced
  • 0.5 cup frozen peas - No need to thaw
  • 0.5 cup Ritz crackers - Crushed, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish
  • Cook rice, blanch broccoli, prep chicken
  • Make sauce with butter, onion, garlic, milk, cheese
