This Cheeseburger Casserole brings all the flavor of your favorite burger into one easy, family-friendly bake. With ground beef, melted cheese, pickles, and pasta, it’s a comforting, crave-worthy dish perfect for busy weeknights.
Boil egg noodles in salted water until tender, then drain and mix with butter and a splash of milk or broth. Spread into the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Drain grease, then stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and optional onion soup mix.
Mix in softened cream cheese until melted, then stir in ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, and half of the shredded cheddar. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Spread beef mixture over noodles in baking dish. Top with remaining cheese, optional bacon bits, and sesame seeds.
