  • ½ cup Melted butter - Unsalted preferred
  • 1 cup Brown sugar - Light or dark
  • 2 Large eggs - Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - Pure
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Fine salt
  • ½ cup Walnuts or chips - Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon - Optional
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt - Optional, for moisture boost

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mash ripe bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth.

  • Mix melted butter and sugar, then whisk in eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
  • Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and any optional add-ins. Don’t overmix.
